Who we are

Vettly is an AI-powered lead qualification tool that helps sales teams evaluate company websites against ideal customer profiles. We are operated by Clevver GmbH. Contact us at hello@vettly.io.

What data we collect

Account data: email address, full name, company name (provided during registration)
Uploaded data: CSV files containing company names, website URLs, and business metadata. This is NOT personal data — it is publicly available business information.
Usage data: feature usage and page views via PostHog analytics (cookieless mode — no tracking cookies)
Authentication data: session cookies for login only (not tracking)

How we process your data

CSV data is processed for qualification only — we fetch the listed websites, analyze their content with AI, and generate qualification scores.
Website content is sent to OpenAI's API for classification. OpenAI does not use this data for training.
Job results are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
Uploaded CSV files are stored temporarily for job processing and retry capability, then purged.

Vercel — landing page hosting
Railway — application hosting (EU/US)
Resend — transactional email delivery
PostHog — product analytics (cookieless, no personal data)
Paddle — payment processing (when applicable)

Data retention

Account data: retained until you delete your account
Job results: 90 days
Uploaded CSV data: purged after job completion
Session cookies: 30 days

Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR Articles 15–20, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@vettly.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Vettly uses session cookies for authentication only. Our analytics (PostHog) run in cookieless mode — no tracking cookies are set. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
