Terms of Service

1. Service description

Vettly provides automated website qualification — you upload a list of companies, we fetch their websites, analyze the content with AI, and return qualification scores against your ideal customer profile.

2. Account terms

  • One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Credits and billing

  • Each qualification job consumes credits based on the number of companies processed.
  • Free tier includes 100 credits per month. Paid plans offer higher limits.
  • Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing period.
  • Abuse of the free tier (multiple accounts, automated signups) will result in account termination.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute qualification results as a competing service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or submit jobs
  • Attempt to access other users' data or bypass authentication

5. Data ownership

  • You own your uploaded data (CSV files, company lists).
  • You can export your qualification results at any time.
  • Vettly owns the qualification engine, scoring algorithms, and generated analysis format.

6. Accuracy disclaimer

Qualification results are AI-generated and may contain errors. Vettly does not guarantee the accuracy of scores, reasons, or service classifications. You are responsible for validating results before making outreach decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

Vettly is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost revenue, incorrect qualification decisions, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate at any time.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
